What we do
As a tugboat safely guiding larger ships to the harbour, we support and assist our clients throughout the whole investment process: selection, assessment and analysis, negotiations with governmental entities and local institutions, as well as the definition of the overall legal framework and contractual aspects.
How we do it
In addition to major historical cities like Rome, Venice, Florence, Naples and Milan, Italy’s urban fabric is composed of smaller towns, villages and hamlets imbued with arts, natural beauties and traditions.
We focus our attention on such areas to select undetected investment opportunities and maximise the return for our clients, while also creating social and cultural added value.
We work closely with local communities and administrators to respect and preserve the heritage, developing each project in a contextual and thoughtful manner.
