Place of regeneration — architectural transformation

01 — What we do

Like a tugboat guiding ships safely to harbour.

We lead the whole investment process of regeneration: selection, assessment and analysis, negotiations with governmental entities and local institutions, as well as the definition of the overall legal framework and contractual aspects.

Above all, we participate in each investment we promote and facilitate. This is our pledge.

01

Selection

Sourcing undetected opportunities.

02

Structuring

Legal & contractual frameworks.

03

Delivery

Negotiation, partnership, execution.

02 — Where we work

Beyond the great cities, where Italy quietly thrives.

In addition to major historical cities like Rome, Venice, Florence, Naples and Milan, Italy's urban fabric is composed of smaller towns, villages and hamlets imbued with arts, natural beauties and traditions. We focus on these areas to surface undetected investment opportunities and maximise the return — while creating social and cultural value.

We work closely with local communities and administrators to respect and preserve the heritage, developing each project in a contextual and thoughtful manner.

03 — How we do it

Three principles, one practice.

  1. I

    Rigorous research

as the basis for informed decision-making.

  2. II

    Effective PPP frameworks

that empower private actors and improve public sector efficiency, urban planning, and project delivery.

  3. III

    Transparency & guarantees

sometimes including financial ones, to protect and align the interests of all stakeholders.
