Studio Sartorio Law & Economics is a strategic consultancy firm focusing on territorial economic development. Over the past twenty years, we have been involved in many significant urban regeneration projects as well as in the renovation and enhancement of existing real estate assets.

Luca Sartorio

Profile

With over 30 years of experience spanning Public Policy & Governance, Economic Public Law and Territorial Development, Luca Sartorio (Ph.D.) is an academic and a jurist, founder and CEO of Studio Sartorio Law & Economics and Grand Luino Group. He is considered one of the leading experts in territorial regeneration in Italy. He has carried out academic activities at the Universities of Milan and Pavia, and research activities at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He is a member of the scientific committee of the urban planning journal “La Fenice Urbana. Per ripensare le città”, Roma.

Education

After graduating in Political Science at Università Statale di Milano, Luca earned a Ph.D. for his work focused on “Local Policies, Institutions and Administrations” at Università degli Studi di Pavia.

Mauro Cervi

Profile

Mauro Cervi is a structural engineer and project manager with over 30 years of experience in urban regeneration and sustainable territorial development. Through his in-depth involvement in all construction processes, and his expertise in implementing the most innovative technological solutions, Mauro has been successfully managing a diverse portfolio of projects of different scales from inception to completion.

Education

After graduating in Structural Engineering at Politecnico di Milano in 1992, Mauro has been constantly furthering his range of interests spanning engineering, environmental enhancement, historical preservation and sustainable economic regeneration.

Paolo Luigi Poloni

Profile

Paolo Luigi Poloni is an architect and designer with a strong focus on urbanism and masterplanning, working on different projects spanning civic, residential and mixed-use programmes.

Education

Since 2007, after being awarded a Master of Arts in Architecture at AAM, Accademia di Architettura Mendrisio (USI – Università della Svizzera Italiana), Paolo has worked on a diverse range of projects in architectural studios across the UK, Italy and Switzerland.

Flavio Menozzi

Profile

With more than 30 years in the progressive development of logistics and international trade within both large multinationals and SMEs, Flavio Menozzi is involved in multiple international activities and in planning & setting up corporate projects in Italy and abroad. He speaks fluently English and French.

Education

Flavio acquired all the needed management certifications at institutions such as KLM (Royal Dutch Airlines), IATA, A.P. Moller Maersk and ISESAO. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Philosophy and is currently attending a Master's degree at Università di Pisa.

Matteo Sartorio

Profile

Matteo Sartorio is a young professional with a strong interest in European studies and digital entrepreneurship. He currently works as an international business developer for a digital democracy platform dedicated to enhancing citizen engagement.

Education

He earned a Master's degree in International Relations with a focus on European Integration from the University of Groningen in 2019, and later completed a Master's degree in Advanced European Studies at the European College of Parma. He undertook a traineeship at the European Center for Security Studies in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
